PRESS: Mail.ru launches service for staff to get salaries earlier

MOSCOW, Jul 3 (PRIME) -- Russian tech giant Mail.ru Group has designed a service allowing employees to get salaries before the pay day, if it is integrated with the employers’ digital systems, while it will earn on remittance fees, business daily Kommersant reported on Friday.

Mail.ru Group issued a beta version of PayDay in Google Play that “allows staff to track earned money and get it anytime,” the daily said.

An employee connected to the service can transfer up to 70% of the earned money to a banking card, while the remaining 30% is transferred on the usual pay days, a Mail.ru Group official said.

The service is free for a company-client, while an employee who agrees to use PayDay will pay 150 rubles per every transfer to their card within an hour or 50 rubles for a transfer within 24 hours. The first three months are free.
